The Made in Chelsea star spoke of the tough trials and lack of food while in the jungle, and slammed the treatment of campmate Charlie Brooks.
EastEnders actress Brooks had the chance to be reunited with her daughter Kiki, but chose the wrong door in a task.
Speaking of the trial, Taylor told The Sun: "That trial was harrowing for Charlie. She was heartbroken. This year has been far harder on us than other years. At points I really thought, 'Are they having a laugh? Which sick b**tard is coming up with all these ideas?'
"The thing you could tell about Charlie from day one is that she is a wonderful mother. I've never met anyone so involved in her daughter's life.
"She found it so hard when she realised she could have seen her. That was one of the hardest things to watch - seeing how harrowing it was for her to be detached from her daughter.
"It was very emotional. It was very tough for her day-to-day to be away from her daughter. I can't imagine how tough it would have been for her. She was tough, though. If she was having a wobble and a cry, she would suck it up immediately."
Talking about his struggles in the jungle, he said: "It is really intense in there. I probably broke down about five times - I was over-emotional. But Eric Bristow was there for me all the way through, just giving me advice and reassurance.
"He was one of my favourite people, along with Ashley Roberts and David. But there were people in there that made me feel pigeon-holed for being posh... Nadine Dorries really wound me up."
Hugo Taylor has also said that he was "devastated" to leave the jungle and say goodbye to his campmates.
