The campmates took it in turns to recall their best or funniest celebrity story to each other as they sat around the camp fire in Croc Creek after Biggins read out a laminate asking them to do so.
Lynne began the storytelling by saying how strange it was to see a TV show parodying her life and how funny it was even though "reality surpassed" the stories on Ab Fab.
When it was Cerys's turn, she started to talk about how she had been invited to perform on stage with the Pogues in Cardiff, but she hadn't had a chance to meet Shane McGowan until they were on stage. So she decided to go and visit him in his changing room after, explaining: "I went into Shane’s dressing room and said hello, and he turned to his partner and he said: ‘who’s that? Chuck her out!” He didn’t recognise me, his partner had to say, ‘that’s Cerys!’"
Anna confessed an embarrassing moment with Noddy Holder in a nightclub to her fellow campmates. Then Biggins took his turn at telling his best celebrity story, recalling how he was at a friend's house in Barbados when the late Pavarotti came around for dinner.
Biggins explained: "I went upstairs and put on one of the CDs and it blared sound round the garden and it was him singing Nessun Dorma and he picked up our hostess and danced around the garden miming and it still gives me shivers to this day."
Gemma decided to talk about a time she had to go to hospital on the way to the Soap Awards because she had cut her finger and had it bandaged up. But then the papers slammed her for the outfit she was wearing. She told her campmates: "I didn’t have time to shower or anything and had to walk down the red carpet with my finger in my bandages and everyone slated me for what my outfit looked like, but I thought if they only knew what I’d been through."
J, the last to give an anecdote, told of a time a man was rude to his friend when he was in New York with 5ive.
He said: "We decided to go and find him and have a word when this guy came up behind us and said: ‘Mate do you realise who that was you were just going to give some verbal grief to?’ We said no, and he told us it was Evander Holyfield, the world heavyweight champion. So we decided to leave that alone."
