The actor was the first contestant to be voted off on Wednesday night, following days of flirting with Cerys. Sarah Matravers, his girlfriend of two years, had said that Marc's actions were "extremely painful" to deal with.
Cerys received the offer from Marc, who is now back in the UK, after the celebrities took part in a challenge to be awarded with letters from home.
Marc's message read: "Keep singing songbird, you are doing amazing and I am rooting for you. Your sister Amanda and the kids are all well and are all also rooting for you.
"There are many problems in London and I have had to go back to try and sort them out but I may well return to greet you when you come out, if that is your wish, Marc."
Visibly shocked by the letter, Cerys said: "I've got all day to think about this."
