Biggins has interviewed his fellow celebrities in the jungle for a pretend chat show.
Janice revealed in her interview that she would never advise girls that hadn't finished high school to enter the modelling industry because of the drug culture.
She told Biggins: "When you take a girl too quickly and throw her into an industry with no life guard you develop drug problems, you develop rage problems, you become rude.
"It’s a dog eat dog world - drugs and perverted photographers."
During Cerys' interview, she revealed secrets about her music career and how she developed her deep singing voice.
She said: "I went to Barcelona when I was 18, I didn't have the nerve to tell anyone I wanted to be a female Bob Dylan. I used to smoke and drink whisky to make my voice lower.
"It was my true wish to be a singer so I went to Spain, thought I might meet and marry a flamenco player. It was a roundabout way of getting involved in music."
J discussed with Biggins his diva-like behaviour during his boyband career with Five.
He said: "We did it at the MTV awards, just did it to see if people do the things you ask. We did the cliché thing of asking for sweets with all the blue or red ones removed."
