The singer was delighted to be free of the jungle but admitted that she was "gutted" to find that Marc wasn't in Australia as she left Biggins, J and Janice to battle it out for the winner's title.
As Cerys left the camp she told Ant and Dec: "You agree to do it and you think about the bugs. But it’s not about the bugs, it’s about the people and the emotions…"
The Catatonia star grew close to fellow campmate Marc Bannerman during the first 11 days before he was voted out, even though he had a girlfriend at the time.
When she was told that Marc would not be there to greet her, even though he had written her a letter telling her that he would, she said: "I’m a bit gutted he’s not here actually."
Cerys explained their relationship, saying: "We got on really well from the beginning, and there was a threesome with me, Marc and Anna. The we started to spend more time together and we thought, ‘Oh shoot’. Because it’s not right, is it?
"You’re in this bubble and you forget everyone’s watching. You think you’re having all these secret experiences in there…"
But when Ant and Dec asked her what she thought would happen with the former EastEnders actor when she returned home, she said: "I’m always Jane looking for a Tarzan. I still don’t know what to expect because we didn’t talk. We calmed down a bit and Marc got voted out."
The winner will be announced on tonight's episode. Cerys revealed who she would like to walk away with the crown, saying: "I'd love Mr C Biggins to win. He absolutely got us through all this."
