It was claimed earlier this month that ITV wanted the King of the Jungle to host a series in the teatime slot to rival Paul O'Grady's Channel 4 programme.
However, he dismissed the rumours while appearing on the last episode of the current run of Friday Night With Jonathan Ross alongside Janice Dickinson.
He said: "I'd like to bring entertainment to Saturday night television, a variety show, Biggins' Big Night!. [But] I don't want to do a talk show. So many people who've done it have failed miserably."
Meanwhile, Dickinson revealed her feelings about her I'm A Celeb... campmates in the interview, saying: "Lynne wasn't easy, we're both abrasive bitches."
Talking about her companion on the sofa, she said: "Biggins can handle anything, he's a warrior, I'll give him that."
She also described herself as a "softie", adding: "I was honoured to do this show because it showed me I could be vulnerable."
The show also includes Extras star Stephen Merchant, cricketer Andrew 'Freddie' Flintoff, and music from Mark Ronson featuring Ricky Wilson and Candie Payne.
