Darren takes on the hell holes
Published Sunday, Sep 1 2002, 21:29 BST | By Neil Wilkes

Darren took on the 'hell holes' bush tucker trial earlier today, winning eight meals for the group.
He was faced with eight boxes, and had to retrieve one star from each box... but there was a twist. In each box, there were a series of creatures, most of them alive. He was prevented from seeing what was in each box until after the task.
He sailed through the trial with apparent ease, retrieving stars from boxes containing frogs, cockroaches and snakes, winning the full quota of eight meals for the group.
