The former soap star has been voted in for every trial so far, and failed to various degrees in each one. The last trial saw her win four stars for her camp, before being disqualified for breaking the rules.
Flanagan approached the 'Rodent Run' trial with a great deal of apprehension, telling hosts Ant and Dec: "I'm not feeling this. I have given it 100%. What more can I give?"
Her campmates were also pessimistic about her chances, with Charlie Brooks revealing: "We've all tried little pep talks and words of encouragement, but I don't know how much any of it goes in really." Eric Bristow added: "I'm not bothering anymore to try and say good luck because it just goes in one ear and out the other."
The 'Rodent Run' trial consisted of a giant hamster cage split into five areas, with each area containing hidden stars that would win her meals for her camp upon discovering them. The areas would be filled with a variety of jungle creatures including rats, mealworms, green ants and spiders.
Before agreeing to do the trial, Flanagan told Ant and Dec: "I'm just feeling annoyed. I really have had enough of the trials...I really want to give everything a go, and I'm not a quitter at all, but if I kind of think absolutely no I've had enough, then I've had enough."
The presenters offered words of encouragement to the 22-year-old, and suggested that doing the trial would result in "two easy stars" for her camp.
Flanagan agreed to enter the wheel, but as soon as the klaxon sounded indicating the start of the trial, she cried out: "I really don't want to this, please let me out, I'm freaking out."
She continued: "I just don't want to do the trial. If I am down here this time tomorrow, I don't want to let the audience down, but I feel if there is something I don't want to do then I'm going to have to turn it down."
Flanagan then said "I'm a celebrity, get me out of here!", ending the trial and leaving her camp without meals once again.
I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! continues on ITV1 tonight (November 18) at 9pm.
