Charlie Brooks, Phil Tufnell and Stacey Solomon would be among the past 12 kings and queens of the jungle that will be asked to return in the winners' special, reports The Sun.
However, an ITV insider revealed that while none of the celebrities have yet been approached, the idea of the show is currently in the pipeline.
"There have been talks taking place about the possibility of a jungle reunion special featuring celebrities who have won the show," the source said.
"All our winners are very popular, and getting them together would make brilliant TV."
Kerry Katona, Gino D'Acampo, Dougie Poynter and Tony Blackburn are also past winners of the show, along with Joe Swash, Matt Willis, Carol Thatcher and Joe Pasquale.
However, 2007 winner Christopher Biggins has already ruled himself out of the project, saying: "There is talk of doing an all-winners' edition. But I wouldn't do it because if you've won something, you don't want to go on and lose it."
A spokesman for ITV added: "I'm not aware of any plans for a reunion show at this point."
I'm a Celebrity continued to prove its popularity with its 12th series, with over 9 million tuning in to watch Brooks crowned this year's queen of the jungle.
