According to The Sun, the Loose Women star wants to show off her new figure on the reality show.
Nolan, 43, recently lost four stone and is hoping the exercise in the rink will help her keep the weight off.
"Coleen is so proud of her new figure and reckons Dancing On Ice will be the perfect place to show it off," said a source.
"She's already really fit from exercising."
Other celebrities linked to the show include soap stars Joe Swash and Roxanne Pallett, model Caprice and The Apprentice's Raef Bjayou.
