'Clown' Carty 'frustrating ice rivals'

According to the Daily Star, the public's decision to save the former soap actor is irritating the more talented skaters.
Carty only scored 7.5 points from the judges last Sunday, but survived ahead of Michael Underwood, who picked up 18.5 points.
"It was funny at first, but every week that Todd stays in it means someone who is much better and is developing their skills is getting kicked off," said a source. "There's only so long you can ride on being the class clown before it gets a bit tiring.
"The worst thing that could happen - and it is a distinct possibility - is that he will make the final."
