According to The Sun, the 37-year-old Australian fell out with the organisers of the tour and will not appear at the arena shows.
The four other judges and mentors Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean will be involved in the celebrity skating jaunt, which starts in Sheffield on April 2.
"There was a big row between Jason and Phil McIntyre Entertainment, who are the tour promoters," said a source.
"It was over contract negotiations. In the end, Jason told them to stuff it and said they could do it with just four of the judges."
