The 37-year-old model, who was in the bottom two for the fourth time, was joined by Liberty X singer Jessica Taylor in the skate-off.
All five judges voted unanimously to save Taylor, whose position in the skate-off was described as "controversial" by host Phillip Schofield.
Messenger and professional skater Fred Palascak only scored 18.5 from the panel for their performance to 'Let's Hear It For The Boy'. Karen Barber claimed that the mother-of-three lacked "confidence" on the ice.
Speaking about her time on the show, Messenger said: "It's been absolutely brilliant, I've loved every second. Jayne, Chris, the team and especially Fred for being so very kind and very patient!"
Ray Quinn and Maria Filippov were top of the leaderboard again, scoring a near perfect 29.5 points with their dance to Bill Hayley's 'Rock Around The Clock'.
