The Loose Women panellist is believed to have fractured her wrist after falling as she trained with her dance partner Stuart Widdall.
According to The Mirror, producers will not decide whether Nolan is fit to continue until tonight - just 24 hours before the next live show.
"It would be a nightmare to pull out of the show so close to the final," Nolan told the newspaper. "I'd feel I'd let everyone down who has supported me. And my family would be really sad.
"I haven't told my daughter yet because she's so excited to be there on Sunday. I only hope she's not disappointed. I hope I can do it for her."
Discussing the fall, she explained: "I knew I’d done something bad when I hit the floor - the pain was excruciating. It's your worst fear to have an injury at this stage of the competition."
Dancing On Ice continues at 7.10pm tomorrow on ITV1.
