The investigative journalist, 42, confirmed that he dreams of raising another child with his wife Ameera, but has put the plans on hold while he competes in the ITV1 skating show.
"I'm very broody. As soon as I get my energy back I'll try for another baby," MacIntyre told The Sun. "Once I get a break from full-time ice skating, I'll be full-time baby-making."
He added: "We wanted a baby, but we put it on hold during training. I've been so exhausted I've been glad to be asleep by 9 o'clock every night. But as soon as I'm out, it'll be full steam ahead. I'll have a whole hockey team!"
MacIntyre and his wife already have two children - Allegra, six, and Tiger, 23 months.
Dancing On Ice continues at 7.15pm tomorrow on ITV1.
