The 44-year-old, who had never previously been in a skate-off, found herself in the bottom two with investigative reporter Donal McIntyre.
All five judges chose to save Donal, meaning that Nolan misses out on a place in the final.
The former Nolan Sisters star only scored 16.5 for her performance to Shania Twain's 'You're Still The One', which she later revealed was her wedding song.
Judge Jason Gardiner criticised the routine for being "boring" and said that the public had made the right choice putting her in the skate-off. Fellow judge Nicky Slater compared Nolan to Strictly Come Dancing's John Sergeant and argued that she was "not doing as much" as the other celebrities.
MacIntyre will be joined by Ray Quinn and Jessica Taylor on next week's grand final. Quinn, who scored 28 points for his dance to Enrique Iglesias's 'Bailamos', is the favourite to win the series.
