Donal's family shocked by 'Ice' progress

The investigative journalist has reached the final of the ITV1 skating show, despite facing regular criticism from the judges in the early weeks.
MacIntyre has now revealed that his wife Ameera was equally sceptical about his chances when he signed up for the programme.
Speaking to The People, he revealed: "My wife never thought I'd make it past week two - and the kids were voting for Zoe Salmon and Jessica [Taylor]. But I think for the final they'll pick daddy."
Asked to name his biggest threat, MacIntyre replied: "We are all mesmerised by Ray [Quinn] - he is so brilliant."
Dancing On Ice concludes at 6.55pm tonight on ITV1.
