Roxanne Pallett mocks 'weak' Gardiner

Roxanne Pallett has claimed that Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner is a coward.

The former Emmerdale actress fell out with Gardiner when he compared her to a "Cabbage Patch Doll" on a live show earlier this year.

Pallett has now suggested that the choreographer pulled out of the programme's live tour because he was worried about facing a backlash for his acid-tongued remarks.

Speaking to the Daily Star Sunday, she explained: "It's simple - TV bosses told him they could not provide security to the level he wanted, but the reality is he is too weak to face the real fans!"

The star called for Gardiner to be sacked from the ITV1 skating show last month.

Gardiner later responded by branding Pallett "ungracious" and a "really silly little girl".
