Barber rep rubbishes Dean romance claims

Karen Barber's spokesperson has denied rumours that she is romancing Dancing On Ice's Christopher Dean.

Tabloid reports have alleged that the reality TV judge has been getting "close" to Dean following his split from wife Jill Trenary.

According to the Daily Mail, Barber stayed over at the ice skater's £3,000-a-week rented Hertfordshire home five times last week.

Barber, 48, has been married to skating trainer Stephen Pickavance for 21 years. Her representative described reports that she might be dating Dean as "nuts".

"They have been family friends for years," they added.
