Chloe Madeley: 'Firework'
Jason: (7) "Well you know Chloe you are like a firework in that we never know what we're going to get until you go off. Sometimes the nerves take over and things go wrong. That said I was looking at your finishings and I have to be honest with you - tonight I just felt some of your leg and arm lines were not as clean as they should be for a semi-finalist's performance."
Robin: (7) "It was really really good, you were both in your zone. It was moving very very fast across the ice - as Frenchie said it's just one of those things that happens. But you both got your composure back for the final spin, which was as difficult as the chest lift that you were doing, so well done for pulling it back together."
Emma: (7) "There was so much content tonight that I did feel that you lost your performance a little bit in that. But do you know what, Chloe, you're like a puppy: whatever gets thrown at you you have a go and that is what is so exciting about you. So many tricks and lifts I was getting a bit confused over everything, but I just missed the performance tonight."

Jason: (6.5) "I'm being very nit-picky - but obviously I'm looking at the choreography and the way you executed it and, for me tonight, it looked awkward and tentative in a lot of places. But you know what, that can't have been easy - you were the first one out, and I applaud you for coming out and giving it your best shot because it's the first time we've ever seen a soloist."
Robin: (7) "Terrific attempt. Very tough coming out first - nothing to gauge it by - just got to put yourself out there. As Chris said, coming out on your own, no you didn't fall, but I didn't ever once think you were possibly going to. I thought you actually equipped yourself very well. I loved the speed and attack. I would have liked a little bit more control on the spin and then towards the end it was losing just a little bit, but I thought you did a very good job."
Emma: (6.5) "You were the one I was worried a little bit about because you're so good but you seem to lose confidence when you're on your own. Was it perfect? No. But you came out and gave it that attitude that I love."

Johnson Beharry: L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N.
Jason: (6) "Johnson, how do I put it - if anybody was sleep deprived before that routine I certainly think they'd be cured of that now. Unfortunately that was because it didn't really go anywhere you know you had the big lifts in there but there's no pizazz in any of your presentation and that's what's lacking. For a semi final I need to see more of that and you're not bringing it."
Robin: (6) "What I'm seeing is, like Emma, it's nice that you're so confident out there but you were very much focused with Jodeyne on making sure you had some tricks in that performance that we never would have expected you to do. [You had to] make sure that they were right and that Jodeyne was safe - but something sometimes compromises something else, so it was great that you got the handstand lift and you were able to control it. You did the flip at the end but it was at the expense of you being you and having some fun with it. So a bit of both and I think it was great for you to do a performance you could be proud of."
Emma: (6.5) "You're so determined - I love that. Obviously after seeing what Chloe just did this was quite basic, but I think keeping it simple and clean for you is the best way to go. I didn't see the nerves, I saw that smile back and I really enjoyed that."

Jason: (4.5) "Okay, well, ironically I was worried and I was far from happy with that solo skate. That performance perfectly demonstrates just how cruel this twist is because you were very exposed. We got to see you very awkward tonight, very unsure and very unsteady on your feet, and it also showed that you're not on par with the other semi finalists that are in this competition."
Robin: (5) "I actually wasn't worried about your skating ability, I actually thought you held your own quite well. It wasn't very difficult but it played within a comfort factor for you that allowed you to enjoy it. I would have liked, as Emma said, a bit more of the playful Johnson out there but the fact that you came away unscathed is great."
Emma: (6) "I think you're forgetting where he has come from: you couldn't even skate at the beginning of this show and now you're coming out and you're doing a solo performance and I think that's incredible. But I did want a little bit more confidence from you. My baby kicked the whole way through that performance, so something was right."

Laura Hamilton: 'Last Dance'
Jason: (9.5) "That was a semi-finalist performance - thank you for bringing that tonight. What is so wonderful about you is that you are very very courageous. You put stuff in, you push the boundaries every week and you still maintain an incredible performance throughout. It was very solid it was one of my favourites for you from the series."
Robin: (9) "I have to disagree. That was not a semi-finalist performance - that was a finalist, waiting to be, performance. I think it was, to concur with my friend here, fantastic and I have to commend you not on the tricks - they were brilliant - but the transitions from one to the other were seamless and in complete control at all times, and it was lovely to watch."
Emma: (9.5) "You gave me goose bumps tonight! You know you bring something very special to this competition. Each week I wait to see what character you are going to bring to the performance and tonight I just couldn't get enough of it, and it was a very clever routine as well. Well done."

Jason: (8.5) "Without question I am blown away - that is a solo skate that I didn't think we would ever get to see from - anybody in this competition. You were so assured, you still had your performance. There were slight musicality problems in your choreography, I think you know that. But for me I just - you amaze me. You are a finalist and you deserve to go though to the finals."
Robin: (9) "Not once did I think 'ooh it would help if Colin was there for that one second'. You commanded our attention as I told you to do at the beginning and you did not let up through the whole thing. You could have committed a little more on the entrance to the spin, which would have helped you at the other end - getting picky - but as an overall performance: well done, that was fantastic."
Emma: (9) "You are such a confident performer and you're very competitive as well, and I think you know this competition is very tight and you are upping your game. It was a brilliant, brilliant performance, and you involved the whole performance. It was great"

Sam Attwater: 'Please Don't Stop The Music'
Jason: (9.5) "What is brilliant about you two is that finally the connection is there again, that's what I saw tonight. Did you show me the love? Yes, you showed me the love - it was beautiful across the ice. The control and everything is just astounding; your lines have improved; all the finesses and finishes that I would like to see in a semi-final you are bringing. And what I also loved was the staggering amount of control and strength that you have in that stag lift. Incredible."
Robin: (9.5) "It's definitely back (the magic). You are back, which is so exciting. I knew you would bring everything to this semi-final - do not let it slip through your fingers again, be careful of that. You've got that sparkle back between the two of you which I love. Great performance."
Emma: (9) "I concur with everything my fellow judges have said. As Brianne said at the beginning, you were almost doing it for the past three weeks for all the wrong reasons. Tonight you looked like you wouldn't want to be anywhere else and it was a joy to watch."

Jason: (9) Well it was a great routine and, as suspected, I thought you would handle the solo skate better than anyone tonight and you absolutely proved that you're so confident on your own and you have always struggled working in synchronicity with somebody. Take that somebody out of the equation and you could do what you wanted. For me there were just moments, particularly in the attempted break dancing stuff, it wasn't what we were looking for, but overall excellent solo skate!
Robin: (9.5) "It was clean, it was controlled, it was just loose enough when it needed to be. You were loose but completely in control of what your blades were doing. Great speed across the ice, control on the jumps, the hydro worked okay - I thought you did a terrific job. And of course, with the jacket on the ice, being a soloist you can go wherever you want and not worry about a partner!"
Emma: (9) "I'm so glad we got to see you do a solo performance because you're a great partner but I wanted to see you be a little bit selfish and you did that tonight. It's exciting being a solo artist as well - you went for it and I loved seeing that cheeky Sam, that lovely performer."
