Chloe Madeley, Sam Attwater and Laura Hamilton will all compete to win the series, in what has been billed as "the best final" by judge Emma Bunton.
Speaking on ITV's This Morning, Jason Gardiner said of the trio: "It's neck and neck - it's a fight to the finish and we've never had that, it's always been a foregone conclusion in a way."
Robin Cousins added: "In a way... and all three of our finalists have been at the top of the leaderboard, so it's anyone's game and they're going to have to deliver."
On who he thinks he will win, cousins said: "Laura. There, I've said it!"
Bunton responded: "I've asked lots of people and my mum is a huge fan of Laura and I think she's standing out at the moment for everybody. But I hope Sam does the bolero though. It's going to be a great night!
However, Gardiner, who recently warned viewers not to write Madeley off, said: "A lot of people have said to me that they love Chloe because she represents somebody that they can all relate to and she's worked so incredibly hard and she has been the one that has shocked them the most."
The Dancing On Ice final begins on Sunday at 7.40pm on ITV1.
