Jennifer Ellison talks to Digital Spy about Dancing on Ice:
Ellison said that the skating hasn't helped her shed pounds, but revealed that the amount of "squatting" required on the ice has toned her legs and bum.
Meanwhile, the actress joked that she isn't at all scared about facing the Dancing on Ice judges after her successful stint on Hell's Kitchen.
"If I can cope with Gordon Ramsay, I can cope with Louie Spence," she laughed.
Ellison will skate on live TV for the first time with her pro partner Daniel Whiston this weekend.
Dancing on Ice launches on Sunday (January 8) at 6.30pm on ITV1.
