The Sugababes singer, who partners Andrei Lipanov in the ITV contest, has been struggling to keep her nerve while practising a skyscraper lift for the 'ultimate skills test'.
"It is terrifying. We practised it once before and I threw up," she told The Sun. "Touch wood I won't be sick on his head! I just have to close my eyes.
"While I'm in this lift it's terrifying, but it's when you come down the shock of it hits you. Luckily it's at the end of the routine so if I do feel sick I can run off."
Range added that her fear of the ice has intensified since Jennifer Ellison cut her head open with a skate in last week's episode.
"I was terrified after Jennifer's accident, especially when they showed it in slow-motion," she said. "She kicked herself in the head and it was really scary and she was shaken up after it.
"It's such a dangerous sport and I'm such a scaredy-cat but I'm trying not to think about it."
Producers have reportedly banned the Dancing on Ice cast from performing risky moves after Ellison injured herself again in rehearsals.
Dancing on Ice airs tonight (February 19) at 6.05pm on ITV1.
