The 28-year-old singer and actress, who married boxer Robbie Tickle in 2009, said that she is enjoying taking part in the reality show but finds the schedule hectic.
After dressing as a clown for Sunday night's circus-themed instalment, Ellison told New magazine: "I'm hardly seeing my husband, to be honest."
Ellison previously said that she gained five stone when she was pregnant with her 2-year-old son Bobby, but is enjoying her new slim physique. She lost all the baby weight before joining Dancing on Ice in January and has toned up further since then.
She said: "I've gained muscle and do feel more toned, especially around my legs and bum. My body is in the best shape it has ever been but, if I fell pregnant, I'd make sure I do the exercises and keep it off."
Ellison recently revealed that she would "like to have another baby at the end of the year", adding: "I'd like at least three children. I really want Bobby to have brothers or sisters."
