Lusardi broke foot during 'Dancing' training

The injury shook the Emmerdale actress' confidence to such an extent that she considered quitting the show.
"I think I could have handed it all in - I was so scared of falling on it and damaging it even more," she told DS.
Although Lusardi has since returned to regular training, her foot is unable to cope with particularly difficult manoeuvres.
"Now I'm probably back where I started... there's about 40% less movement in the foot and it does give way on me in the dance, but each week I'm getting stronger," she said.
Dancing On Ice begins Sunday at 5.50pm on ITV1.
