Published Sunday, Aug 17 2003, 19:51 BST | By Neil Wilkes
The outcome of Cheryl Tweedy's court case will determine the future of Girls Aloud.

The 20-year-old appeared in court last month to deny charges of racially aggravated assault occasioning actual bodily harm and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

According to ITV News, the band have vowed to call it a day if Cheryl is forced to leave the group.

"If Cheryl goes, we all go. It wouldn't be the same without her," said Cheryl's bandmate Sarah Harding. "That's the whole ethos of Girls Aloud - girls stick together."
