Kym "to quit singing" to save marriage
Published Sunday, Aug 31 2003, 13:04 BST | By Neil Wilkes
Former Hear'Say singer Kym Marsh has apparently vowed to ditch her singing career in order to save her marriage.
According to the Star on Sunday today, Marsh, 27, will leave her solo career behind her and spend more time with husband Jack Ryder, 21, if that's what he wants.
The pair announced a "trial separation" at the start of the month but were reunited a week ago to work through their difficulties.
"For Jack there's still a lot of sorting out before they can live happily ever after," a family friend told the tabloid. "They have both agreed they don't want to split but it's not that easy. There are serious issues which have got to be resolved. Clearly Kym's career is a big part of that."
