The 26-year-old singer would duet with one of the finalists should she take up the offer. Take That are also in talks to appear on the ITV show.
A source told The Daily Star: "Simon Cowell wants to end the series on a high with two of the world's biggest pop acts. Last year we had Kylie and Katherine Jenkins performing duets with Leon and Rhydian, and this year we want Beyoncé and Take That. It’ll be the hottest ticket in town."
Britney Spears is also reported to be making an appearance on the contest later in the series.
