According to the Daily Star, ITV will give Cole a 400% pay rise and a private jet service if she agrees to be a judge for a second year.
Cole will be touring America with Girls Aloud in 2009, but the show's bosses are willing to fund a £5,000-an-hour jet to fly her back and forth over the Atlantic to retain her services.
It is rumoured that the popstar was paid £300,000 to appear on this year's singing contest.
"Cheryl's proved to be the perfect X Factor judge. She is being offered at least £1.5million for a second series," said a source.
"And if she mentors this year's winner she could probably raise it even higher. Who would bet against her doing that at the moment?"
