'X Factor' star "devastated" by kiss and tells

Axed X Factor hopeful Scott Bruton has revealed that he was "devastated" after becoming the victim of a "kiss and tell" story.

The former Pontin's Bluecoat, 19, was branded a "love rat" after two ex-girlfriends sold racy stories about him to national newspapers.

"Some of the things that were said about me proper shocked me - those girls have got no shame," he told DS. "Just as I was getting used to the story being out there, another ex capitalised on the first story that was sold and decided to sell one herself."

"She got money for it and she's taking her family to Florida next month - thanks very much."

Bruton also denied reports that he dislikes fellow X Factor contestant Austin Drage, saying: "It's all rumours... Me and Austin are really good friends actually."
