Cowell: 'I'm not replacing Dannii'

Simon Cowell has quashed rumours that he plans to give Dannii Minogue the boot at the end of this year's X Factor.

"I'm not replacing her. As far as I'm concerned I think everyone's coming back," he told Closer. "You know what - Dannii's got a job, Cheryl's got a job, Lou Lou's got a job and I'm there. I'm going to keep it as it is."

His comments follow Minogue's admission that she does feel "snubbed" by Cowell since the arrival of Cheryl Cole on the show. However, the Australian mentor added that she is enjoying it more than last year because she no longer has to deal with Sharon Osbourne.

Cowell confirmed to the magazine that Osbourne will not be returning to the judging lineup in 2009.
