Minogue: 'White will have a long career'

The judge said she is confident that the 21-year-old will go on to have a 'long career' in the industry following her shock exit from the ITV show.
Minogue wrote in her Closer column: "I don't think it'd be fair on the other contestants and it just highlights the point that you need to vote for who you like. If people had voted for Laura, and not assumed she was safe, she wouldn’t have been in that position.
"On the plus side, there are people in competitions like this who stand out and do amazingly afterwards, like Lemar, and I think Laura will have a long career."
She said the main Team Minogue competition now comes in the form of Diana Vickers and Alexandra Burke, who she classed as "great".
