Hylton's mentor Dannii Minogue broke down in tears when Walsh accused her of stealing Take That's 'Rule The World', a song he had singled out for his boyband JLS.
"As far as I'm concerned, that's bullying of the highest order," Hylton told ITN. "He's a buzzard, to put it politely. He's an old grumpy buzzard. And I don't care if he hears this because it's a known fact the man didn't like me."
The X Factor continues this Saturday at 7.35pm on ITV1. The five remaining contestants are JLS, Ruth Lorenzo, Diana Vickers, Alexandra Burke and Eoghan Quigg.
