Walsh sceptical over Minogue's tears

Louis Walsh is refusing to speak to his X Factor co-star Dannii Minogue following their on-air row, according to a report.

Minogue broke down in tears on Saturday night's show after Walsh accused her of "stealing" a song that he had hoped to secure for boyband JLS.

Despite apologising to the Aussie popstar after Simon Cowell waded in on the argument, Walsh is said to be furious over the incident - leading to further tension on the set of the ITV1 talent show.

"[Louis] told pals that he reckons she's only playing on the public's heart strings and is trying to get the sympathy vote now by turning on the water works - it was all crocodile tears," a source close to Walsh told Herald.ie.

"He believes Dannii's desperate to win again, no matter what the cost and will do anything to achieve that - particularly because she feels so under pressure right now."

Walsh has been branded a "bully" by axed contestant Rachel Hylton in the aftermath of Saturday's show.
