'X Factor's Ruth: 'Cowell is not my type'

Axed X Factor star Ruth Lorenzo has revealed that Simon Cowell is not her type.

The 26-year-old Spaniard enjoyed a flirtatious relationship with Cowell on the ITV1 singing contest, but insisted that she does not find him attractive.

"He's quite good-looking and he's got beautiful teeth but he's not my type," she told DS. "I really don't care about looks. I really, really care about the way people look at you.

"When someone gives you a strong, powerful look right in the eyes, I think that's the sexiest thing in the world."

Lorenzo also admitted that she was less flirtatious with Cowell when she bumped into him backstage.

"You know what, I normally froze if I saw him backstage. You never know what he's going to say, so I'd rather run away and leave that to the others!" she said.
