Cole 'negotiates hard on X Factor deal'

Cheryl Cole will reportedly negotiate 'hard' for a new deal with X Factor producers to appear on the next series of the show.

Boss Simon Cowell is said to believe that the Girls Aloud singer was a major reason for the success of last year's show and wants to keep her on the judges' panel.

A source told The Sun: "Cheryl knows she is a big hit so she'll negotiate hard.

"There is talk she could get £1 million, but things are tight at ITV so it's not a done deal by any stretch."

Last month, reports suggested that Cole would be paid £250,000 more than fellow judge Dannii Minogue when both return for this year's show.
