Singer Roberta Howett, who was eliminated from The X Factor last week, has vowed that Simon Cowell's comments will not ruin her singing career.
After Roberta performed on the show's first live episode, Cowell said, "She looks like something out of Charlie's Angels."
However, Roberta tells The Sun today, "I love being seen as a Charlie's Angel - I'm definitely strong-minded like all of Charlie's girls."
She adds, "But whatever insults he throws at me just make me more determined to succeed. He certainly won't finish my singing career.
"I gave the X Factor so much. But even when I left, it didn't feel like the end. I am determined to move on to something new."
