Louis Walsh agonises over cut act
Published Saturday, Nov 6 2004, 22:18 GMT | By Tally
Louis Walsh was placed in a dilemma when two of his acts ended up in the final cut.
The public voted Two To Go and Voices With Soul as their least favourite acts, leaving Louis to have the difficult task of having to cut one of his charges.
After Sharon and Simon had both called Two To Go as their choice for elimination, Louis finally agreed.
So the act dubbed the new "Peters and Lee" have reached the end of their X Factor experience.
While all the rest were delighted to stay, the camaraderie of the group was obvious - (with the possible exception of Rowetta and Steve whom the former has admitted she doesn't get on with) and affected the group. The mood in the Green Room after the show was decidely dejected. It doesn't get easier as the weeks go on.
The rest of the acts were palpably relieved at being voted back in, and with some inexplicable song choices ( G4 singing Britney Spears Hit Me Baby One Time for example) one could have thought that perhaps the songs are not doing certain acts any favours.
The next few weeks could show up some surprises. Stay with us on DS as we bring you the latest results.
