Cowell praises 'brave' Dreamgirls
Simon Cowell praises a Lithuanian duo for their looks and bravery on the first episode of this year's X Factor, before going on to criticise their musical performance.

Dreamgirls Vaida and Rasita tell host Dermot O'Leary that they relocated to the UK to appear on the reality talent show.

They say: "We have been singing since three years old. Singing is our life, our passion. Without singing we are nothing."

After their cover of Robbie Williams's 'Angels', Cowell tells the pair: "Let's start with the good news, you're attractive, young and brave.

"Now the not so good news, I don't know what cats sound like being squashed in Lithuania but I now have a pretty good idea."
