Osbourne and Cowell in feud over Tabby
Published Sunday, Dec 5 2004, 11:15 GMT | By Daniel Kilkelly
X Factor judges Sharon Osbourne and Simon Cowell are involved in yet another feud.
This time, the battling judges are arguing over who will sign up Tabby Callaghan, who was voted off the show last night.
If Tabby had won the talent contest, he would have automatically been signed up to Simon Cowell's BMG label. However, now that Tabby has been eliminated, Sharon is insisting that she will continue to manage him.
An insider told the Sunday Mirror, "Sharon challenged Simon to sue her and is insistent he won't get his hands on Tabby. She knows she can make him a star whatever the result.
"Tabby wasn't happy signing up to BMG with Simon either. He's not a pop act."
G4 and Steve Brookstein will battle it out to win the X Factor on next Saturday's show.
