The music mogul has asked all of his other recording artists past and present to attend his celebrations next month, The Mirror claims.
A source told the newspaper: "Simon's been planning this party for months and the guest list is phenomenal - a Who's Who of the celebrity world.
"All his recording artists - bar Steve Brookstein - have been invited. And all the judges on his shows from both sides of the Atlantic."
Cowell guided Brookstein to victory on The X Factor's first series in 2004. However, relations later became strained between the pair and they eventually parted ways after just eight months.
It is believed that the talent show judge has put 400 names on his guest list in total. Sir Elton John, David Furnish, Kate Moss, Kylie Minogue and Donald Trump are among those expected to attend the event at Wrotham Park, near Barnet.
Cowell brushed off criticism from Brookstein in a radio interview earlier this year, insisting that The X Factor doesn't "wreck lives".
