According to The Mirror, the 25-year-old is seeing Laura Henderson from girlband Project A.
The couple met in bootcamp, but Laura's group failed to make the final cut.
A source told the newspaper: "Olly is absolutely smitten with Laura. They hit it off as soon as they met, but both of them realised it was better they tried to keep the relationship quiet.
"It's early days, but Laura is very supportive of Olly and they're both hopeful they can make things work once the show is over."
