John & Edward 'have backstage bust-up'

X Factor duo John and Edward rowed backstage following their poorly-received performance on Saturday, a report claims.

The twins' rendition of Ricky Martin song 'She Bangs' was branded "appalling" by Simon Cowell at the weekend, while Dannii Minogue also argued that their singing was not up to standard.

On what happened next behind the scenes, a source told The Mirror: "Edward was blaming John, who had a go back before they spent some time apart. It was all smiles for the cameras but they were arguing for ages.

"Everyone knows they are not the best singers, but they don't want to just get sympathy votes or go through because of the stage show Louis Walsh is organising around them."

Despite the criticism, the Irish brothers made it through to the next round on last night's show, which saw girl group Miss Frank voted off.
