Rachel Adedeji: 'Everyone likes Danyl'

Rachel Adedeji has insisted that Danyl Johnson is liked by everyone in the X Factor house.

The singer, who was eliminated from the show at the weekend, brushed aside reports that Johnson had bullied Kandy Rain and Stacey Solomon.

Adedeji told DS: "Danyl is such a lovely man, really. He's just a normal bloke and he's not arrogant or anything like that, he's just Danyl.

"Either you like him or you don't, and I think he's great. He just enjoys what he does and he's a cool guy, everyone likes him in the house, he's lovely. People are getting him wrong now, but he's cool."

Of fellow contestants John and Edward Grimes, she added: "John & Edward have as much right being on the show as everyone else. They're here because they enjoy singing and they want to do it - that's the same as everyone else."
