Dyer: 'Solomon should stop div act'

Danny Dyer has claimed that X Factor star Stacey Solomon needs to stop acting like a "div".

The Football Factory actor admitted that while he is a fan of Dannii Minogue's hopeful, he does not approve of the way she behaves while being interviewed on the show.

He told AOL: "I like Stacey Solomon, but she needs to slow down on the div act! But she's lovely and she's got a great voice, she's a single mum and I have a lot of respect for that. Oh, and she's from Essex!"

Dyer also revealed that he is currently backing Simon Cowell's act Olly Murs to win the series.

"He's one of my own," the star explained. "I don't like Danyl Johnson, my daughter loves him but there's something not quite right about him, he's too polished. I want to see the journey they make and he hasn't had one."

The 32-year-old was recently a victim of a robbery when two cars were stolen from outside his Essex home.
