The Pilotlight group, which helps small charities and social enterprises, put up two tickets for the November 29 results programme and attracted the bid within five hours.
As previously announced, the show will feature Alicia Keys performing new single 'Doesn't Mean Anything' and Rihanna singing 'Russian Roulette'.
Pilotlight chief executive Fiona Halton said: "We are absolutely delighted with this bid. It's a great way to launch the online auction.
"We were expecting a good response for these tickets as Pilotlight is a very good cause but this is beyond belief."
Other lots in the charity auction include a private tango lesson with Strictly Come Dancing star Brian Fortuna and behind-the-scenes tickets for Britain's Got Talent.
