Solomon 'needed a poo during X Factor'

Stacey Solomon has revealed that she "needed a poo" during The X Factor semi-final.

The contestant, who finished in third place on this year's series, admitted that she was overwhelmed standing on stage with Olly Murs and eventual winner Joe McElderry.

"I just got a bellyache and needed a poo, if I'm honest. But I held it in and then the poo feeling went and it was so much fun," she told Heat.

"The final was so scary. I was just thinking, 'I so hope it's not me'. But I knew that anything could happen."

Solomon went on to deny rumours that she was having a relationship with fellow contestant Murs.

"There's only so many times I can say I'm not going out with him," she said. "I'm not girlfriend material. I'm a geek. I wish I was going out with Peter Andre, though, or Aston from JLS."
