Chico backs Andy as 'X Factor' winner

Axed X Factor star Chico Slimani is backing Andy Abraham to win the show.

"Andy has one of the best singing voices I have ever heard," Chico told The Sun. "He sounds like Stevie Wonder. I think people will love him because he is this salt-of-the-earth kind of guy just trying to do the best for his family.

"We will be friends forever, we were roommates in the house and just clicked. He was a real rock to me when times were tough."

However Sharon Osbourne, who is mentoring both Andy and Brenda Edwards, is certain that one of her acts will be leaving the competition tonight.

"I’m sure one of my lot is going to go this weekend. I’ll be really upset, I don’t want to lose either of them. They’re both fantastic," she explained. "But there’s no way Simon Cowell will let Journey South go - and Shayne Ward is the hot favourite."
