'X Factor' Cher, Liam 'begin romancing'

X Factor hopefuls Cher Lloyd and Liam Payne reportedly began romancing at Boot Camp.

According to The Sun, the duo enjoyed an "intimate night together" at a Premier Inn in Wembley.

"There was an obvious spark and everyone was talking about it," said a source. "They just clicked. We thought they were pals as they were getting on like a house on fire.

"They soon disappeared though, and slipped into one of the rooms. They emerged later looking very red-faced and were obviously trying to hide something."

Lloyd and Payne both wowed the judges on last week's audition show, where they performed renditions of 'Cry Me A River' and 'Turn My Swag On' respectively.

The X Factor continues this weekend at 7.45pm on ITV1.
