Cowell rubbishes Posh's 'X Factor' chances

Simon Cowell has claimed that he never asked Victoria Beckham to be a judge on the next series of The X Factor.

Posh apparently "turned down" Cowell's offer to appear on the show on account of being "too nice" to crush people's dreams.

"It's total rubbish," Cowell told the News of the World. "I don't know where she got the idea from but it's not right. I have never asked her onto the show."

Meanwhile, the 'paper also reports that Cowell is adding a fourth judge to the panel for the next series.
